SERVICES
We provide clock overhaul service, routine service, case refinishing, chrome and brass plating services.
Our top priority is making sure the clock is serviced meanwhile protect its antique value and keep the genuine part utmost.
The service duration is around 3 months, which including to set the clock has good timekeeping.
We provide 1 year warranty for the clock. The warranty is a guarantee for the clock not working as it should be. Neglection of the user is not including in the warranty, such as clock falling, weight drop accidently, breakage of pendulum etc.

WHAT IS OVERHAUL SERVICE?
CLEANING & INSPECTION
First of all, the whole clock is carefully dismantled, then dirt and contaminated oil is cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning machines. Every part is inspected for wear.
SERVICE
The pivots which can become worn and scored are polished and burnished. Worn pivot holes are rebushed with Bergeon brass fitting.
REASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENT
Your clock is carefully reassembled, adjusted and then put on test for timekeeping & strikes. After few weeks on test your clock is ready to be returned to you. We ensure each repair job receives the utmost care, attention and is completed to the highest of standards.
LUBRICATION
We use Moebius oil (Swiss made) to lubricate the movement to ensure running smoothly and keep the bearings have the least friction for years.
